Return Options:

  • Store Credit or Refund

    Get a store credit for the amount of your return (our credits never expire) or return to us for a refund to your original payment method. Store credits and refunds will both be in the amount of your return minus any shipping charges. Need a return shipping label? Email us at and we’ll send one your way, free of charge!
  • Exchange

    Love your new look but need it in a different size? We’re happy to exchange it if the item’s still in stock. Let us know ASAP so we can reserve the item for you, then send it back and we’ll mail you the exchange as soon as we receive yours back. FYI, we can currently only process exchanges for customers located in the US.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns are happily accepted within 21 days from the date of purchase for a store credit, same item exchange or refund. We’ll shoot you an email as soon as we process your return. Please allow up to 7 days for return processing and please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

      1. All items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
      2. All items must have original tags attached, unwashed, unworn and in its original condition.
      3. Any items marked as final sale may not be returned.
      4. All sales on bodysuits and accessories are final.
      5. Any merchandise on sale cannot be returned.
      6. All pre-orders and special order items are non-returnable. If you need help determining your size, please contact our customer service before placing an order.

How do I return an item I received as a gift?

If you received an order from Haute Rogue as a gift, you can still return or exchange it! We'll issue a store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to your account. Please note that gift recipients are not eligible for cash refunds.

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

  1. 1. Pack it Up. Securely package all the items and make sure all tags are intact. Need a return shipping label? Email us at and we’ll send one your way, free of charge! Otherwise, you can choose to pay shipping charges with your preferred carrier.
  2. 2. Note It Down. Please include a copy of the order invoice with the merchandise in a securely sealed shipping package. Or, you can simply write the order number on the shipping box.
  3. 3. Send it off. Attach your printed shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest USPS or preferred carrier location.
