Return Options:

  • Store Credit

    Receive a store credit for the amount of your return minus any shipping charges. Use it any time towards finding something else you'll love. Store credit doesn't expire and is easy to use.
  • Exchange

    Love your new haute find but need it in a different size? We'll be happy to exchange it as long as that item's still in stock. Please let us know as soon as you can so we can reserve the item for you to ensure it won't get sold out. Send the item back and we will mail you an exchange as soon as we receive the old one back. Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for our US customers. 
 

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns are accepted within 21 days from the date of purchase for a store credit or a same item exchange. As soon as we process your return, you will receive an email notification with all the details. Please allow up to 7 days for return processing. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

      1. All items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
      2. All items must have original tags attached, unwashed, unworn and in its original condition.
      3. Any items marked as final sale may not be returned.
      4. All sales on bodysuits and accessories are final.
      5. Any merchandise on sale cannot be returned.
      6. All pre-orders and special order items are non-returnable. If you need help determining your size, please contact our customer service before placing an order.

How do I return an item I received as a gift?

If you received an order from Haute Rogue as a gift, you can still return or exchange it! We'll issue you a store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to your account. Please note that gift recipients are not eligible for cash refunds.

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

  1. Securely package all of the items, make sure that all of the tags are intact.
  2. If you need a return shipping label, contact us at [email protected] and we will gladly email one for you. However, if using our return shipping label we'll deduct $5.99 from your refund amount. Or you can choose to pay for the shipping charges with your prefered carrier.
  3. Include a copy of an order invoice together with the merchandise in a securely sealed shipping package or simply write down your order number on the shipping box.
  4. Send it off. Affix your printed shipping label to your package and drop it off at the USPS or other carrier location.
